Great place to work! Fun Environment. Bosses that care about their employees. Great infrastructure to work with many different aspects within the company. Stock options for long time employees is very beneficial in getting key stakeholders to "care" about the business and rewards the ones who do.

Sometimes out of touch with whats going on at "ground level". Over think some decisions while not think others through. Not so good benefits/insurance plan.
