Working at Flick Mars is unlike any firm I have ever worked for. From day one, I felt welcomed by a team that is not only passionate about Hospitality Interior Design but also genuinely supportive. The collaborative atmosphere fosters creativity, allowing us to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas together. The leadership team is approachable and encourages professional growth, offering regular workshops and opportunities for skill development. I love that my contributions are valued, and I often see my ideas come to life in our projects. As the firm's project manager, I am so fortunate to get to work with such an amazing team. The schedule is also flexible with a 2 day in office/ 3 day WFH policy.

A slightly smaller boutique firm does mean workload can have periods of stress.. however, leadership does their very best to ensure that the weight of the world is never on one singular person.
