I have numerous complaints about this company. Overall this company is for those people who doesn't have any self respect and want to sacrifice their image for lil money. So let me give it in points. I have worked in UK process so it only implies for the same. 1. The manager misbehaves with employee and uses profanities. 2. Makes you extend every other day and if you refuse then u are terminated. 3. HR is very unprofessional. Being the face of company, I think they should take care of their image. I have seen one of the HR guy stealing from the cafeteria. There is kinda box where in they keep snacks. That guy squeeze one snack out of the box even though we were there and the box was locked. He has no shame. So people like him represents the company. 4. Puts lots of pressure on employee when they fail to perform even for one day. 5. When employees talk on the floor, the TL cannot bear it. But when they laugh and talk loudly, it's fine with them. I am giving this review not out of grudge or any hatred towards the company. I am just doing this to help other people avoid the same situation that I have been through. I have suggested everyone who asked me not to go for the company.
