Pros
I have been working at Fletcher Yoder Law full-time (More than 1.5 years) Pros -- Work/Life Balance: The firm offers several different tracks, enabling associates to make more money or have more free time. -- Supportive Supervisors: You are encouraged to take cool trips and time off (as long as you're meeting your deadlines and hours). -- Entrepreneurial Environment: As an employee, if you have an idea on how to make the firm better (e.g., better recruitment ideas, better firm programs - like a produce delivery service, better management ideas, etc.), you are encouraged to try it out. -- Popcorn machine and beer: Pretty self explanatory.
Cons
-- Can be difficult when you first start to know how to balance everything. -- Everyone develops at different speeds so there isn't a one-fit model for training or progression. -- Deadlines are deadlines and you're expected to meet them.
