Bi-weekly sprint retrospectives allow everyone to reflect on the company’s workflow and structure. The international team, collaborative spirit, and approachable leadership make it easy to have a tangible impact on the product. The culture pushes you out of your comfort zone in a good way, demanding personal and professional growth. Work-life balance is highly valued; the firm actively stops you from working contracted hours, although you can if you choose to. Career development is, of course, an inevitability here; I have learned so much since I joined, and the firm has grown with me. The employees are great, and inter-departmental support is just an open hand away. The working environment is a great place to be and continues to improve. Feedback flows freely in all directions, and actual changes are made when they make sense.

If you prefer a low-stress, routine environment, this may not be your favorite. The workload is heavy, and problems are common.

Has no respect for employers. 6) The people who are friendly to the boss and the ceo get promotion. The rest suffer 7) No work life balance, people are scared to leave the office before 8pm. 8) Despite being a startup for the past 14 years, it is still struggling and has no growth
