Toxic work culture, unprofessional and poor leadership, people in jobs that shouldn't be in that job 😂 Toxic atmosphere, ok if your in the click. Poor processes and procedures, if they had them, they wouldn't be followed anyway. No one listens or wants to change or improve things for the better. Never RFT.
