Pros
Company is going through a lot of reorgs and transitions. It is definitely for the better. Executive team is maturing and learning how to spend capital to keep the company moving forward to profitability. Probably a good time to join versus last year.
Cons
Teams are lean and over worked. There is just sheer amounts of work that needs to be done with few bandwidth. Institutional knowledge have mostly left. The company is also VERY meeting heavy if you're a manager (and some senior ICs as well)
