Everything down to management, to the higher ups. They just dont care. Wonder why there's so many jobs going here? Because the managers drive everyone away, they're cocky and full of themselves and obviously get a kick out of screaming at their employees or laughing in their faces. Get moved around different departments because there's no staff. They just hire whoever and don't do background checks and you can tell. Don't get me wrong some managers are great but they've either left because they can't be bothered with the grief from the higher ups or they've also turned into a horrible person.
