One thing that sets Flaherty & Collins apart from other companies I have worked for is the way everyone jumps in to help each other. It's truly a culture of collaboration and the mindset that we are all on the same team. The company doesn't use the values as just buzzwords; they truly do live by those values. I am so happy each day to be a part of Flaherty & Collins.

Cons

Like any other growing company, there can be some growing pains as the organization gets bigger, but you're given a ton of support for new tools, policies, and software that come out.
