      Great way to interact with the local community and allow businesses in MI to bank with a MI based bank. Great Products and very competitive rates.

      Cons

      Upper Management always making unrealistic sales goals and staffing banking centers with less people and more duties.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
