Pros

Nearly every job here is as simple as it gets. Most coworkers are great, friendly people

Cons

Everything in the shop portion of the building is covered in 30+ years of dust, dirt, grease, oil, etc. Management is clueless. So out of touch with reality and the current climate, that they're essentially pushing people out the door.
