Pros
The environment was a good balance of professional (in terms of employee attitudes) and casual (in terms of folks not being stuffy). I was attending college during much of the time I worked for FCI, but I wasn't treated like a second-class employee. I think I was appreciated by co-workers on personal levels.
Cons
If it weren't for the minimum word count, I don't think I'd put anything here. i was a part-time employee, so I wasn't in the office much of the time.
