This is the worst place to work. There’s no work-life balance—it's all about sales, sales, and more sales. Every month, you're pressured with the same ultimatum: "This month is crucial, hit 1 lakh in sales." It feels like you're constantly chasing an impossible target. You’re expected to sell tea, chocolates, and various other items, and sometimes I wonder why I even pursued a master's degree just to end up selling these things. The job is a constant headache. The CEO doesn't care about anything except revenue. You're forced to sell tea and chocolates worth 20k each month, and hit 1 lakh in sales every month, or else they put you in their target line.

Zero nothing no time table 12 to 14 hr work

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture with very long working hours and constant pressure. Employees are expected to stay available almost the entire day, starting from morning follow-ups till late-night work. There is no proper work-life balance, and even national holidays are treated like normal working days. Management style feels heavily controlling, with too much monitoring over small things. A small group of people controls most decisions and behaves as if only their way is correct. Hard work and genuine effort do not really matter here because favoritism is clearly visible. Promises made to employees are often not fulfilled, and growth opportunities are very limited. Overall, the environment feels unhealthy and exhausting for anyone looking for a stable and professional workplace. Would not recommend joining if you value peace of mind, fair treatment, and a balanced work environment.

None apart from salary is on time after making your life hell. Join only if you don't have any life and love stress.

Cons

1. No vision managers have less than 2-3 years of sales exp. 2. Toxic culture make you sit on from of laptop with camera on as punitive measure. 3. Only sales no support or feedback taken from us. 4. Post sales service is worse apart from sales had to take complains on daily basis as we did the sales and customer trust us not the company
