Pros
Most people are nice and kind except the Management. When company's performances is getting worse, management are stable and enjoys the high salaries.
Cons
The company keeps high frequency of restructure and layoff. The "former" CPO mistakenly saw layoffs as the only means of change management, she replaced all the people in the HR team with her old acquaintances, and promoted this to all departments of the company. She was once obsessed with updating exposure on LinkedIn, but she didn't say a word about being removed from leadership team and no longer serving as group CPO on Linkedin profile. A proud one.
