Good mid-management but lacks a strong culture - Construction Superintendent Fisher Development Employee Review

Great people loved the work on site

Not too much to say since I was only there for a couple months

I was hired as the HR Manager with Fisher Developments back in the mid 2000's. All the Executives including the owners of the company treated everyone with respect and dignity.

I can't say there was anything negative. The compensation package was not the highest in the market but it was competitive.
