Mostly stable job, good relaxing work depending upon team and manager and business unit. If you don't have aspiration and just want to get paycheck and retire comfortably then this is a good fit for you.
Cons
Not competitive salary, Very long hours (depending upon team and business unit). 401k matching is getting reduced year after year. Nominal bonus even with top rating. Annual hike is not based on your performance, it is based on your rapport with manager.
