Stupid thing like your voice ( 360 Degree feedback ) is killing managers in Fiserv. Because of this people at lower level take undue advantages and that will never let them be better professionals . There is too much of people centricness because of which working in Fiserv in managerial capacity is very tough.360 degree type of surveys are good for US where people dont need onsite and WFH ( Its already a fashion there becuase people are matured enough not to exploit WFH ) , Butin India every associate thinks that manager has onsite in his pocket and when its doesnt happen the Your Voice score of that manager is screwed. Also people in India ask for WFH when they cant ask for a leave straight away and then they exploit it.So policies in US do not apply as it is to India.
