      Excellent company that cares about it's clients and associates. Promotes innovative thinking and risk taking to help customers. Strong leadership team starting with CEO. Divisions are collaborative and helpful even in the face of challenging pressures.

      None - the company balances competing opportunities and challenges well and continues to achieve success in a competitive market. I understand the strategy because of good communication and appreciate the trust and confidence the company has in our team.
