Cons
1. Very unorganized. It is all based on the opinion of one person and the entire office needs to listen to that one person. 2.Works on bad faith. 3. Inspite of what they say, NY office is a one-man office and everything is in India only. 4. No care about employees. Long working hours, limited WFH, very less PTO, no sick leave, they expect work even on weekends. 5. Very less projects and clients. Most of the projects are internal. 6. Relatively small team size and offices than what they project. 7. Management is very rude and will throw tantrums on you. Advice: Do not join.
