1) Overworked
2) Cannot take holiday time
3) Low pay for the amount of work
4) No onboarding. Just "figure -it-out-on-your-own -time-mentality"
5) Did I mention overworked?
6) No one knows who does what. The positions at head office change weekly it seems.
7) They overwork their accounting team to the point they can barely see straight. As a result, there are a lot of mistakes. Accounting works 7 days a week to keep up. It's inhumane.
8) The CEO is a smug POS constantly acting like it is a privilege to work there. Yeah, no Dude. It's not.
