Pros

Work Life Balance. Great peers.

Cons

While I value my role at our company and appreciate the positive aspects of our organization, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of compensation. Although I find the company culture and mission commendable, I am seeking a salary that aligns more closely with my contributions and the market value of my skills and experience

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
