Pros
The company is diverse and has the opportunity to grow. They promote within and try to keep employees. Benefits are decent, and time off is encouraged to be used. I find them flexible, especially as a working parent. The upper management locally is invested in the employees, and there is an atmosphere of genuine interest and care for workers.
Cons
The job is property management, and one can burn out quickly. Communication about operational changes or procedures is none existent or terribly vague if you need to know how systems work or need help with internal processes, good luck finding help. Training is offered, but you have to know the right people to be in the loop about it.
