Pros

-Dynamic teams lets you easily find a place to fit in at work -Small freedom in work attire as only a small portion of the company deals with external clients

Cons

-No support from upper management to better yourself in the position -High turnover points to underpaid employees and/or problems in management -Has "team motto," "core values," and "service standards" to be achieved, but low team morale negates everything

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
