Pros

- Very supportive team: there's no toxic competitiveness here, people are always open and eager to help each other out.
- Leadership is accessible (relatively flat organizational structure) and cares about developing their people.
- They value families and value your freedom of time (they don't expect late nights nor weekends).
- Healthcare benefits are great.
Cons
- OLD Software Stack. Many of the technologies that you use here will be proprietary and non-transferrable skills.
- The environment is pretty stodgy here. Professional attire and grey walls.
- Salaries are low. However, their approach to compensation is to keep salaries low so they rarely have to get rid of an employee (layoffs) but they're very generous with bonuses (they share the wealth when the company does well).
If SECURITY is your primary goal then this is a great company. Many people have been here 10+ years and they're happy!
