9yI am sorry to hear that this was not a good experience with the company. We do value all of our employees’ opinions. At First Title, it has always been our philosophy to move our employees forward, providing continuing education and the tools necessary to be successful. We have been in business now for almost 20 years, and over half of our employees have been with us over five years. We provide a stable work environment. We encourage communication with our employees. This is the only person that has left the IT department in several years. Unfortunately, this person worked for a short period and left with no appropriate, professional, notice. At First Title, we value our employees and the work that they do.
