      immediate supervisors were great, employees are nice to each other (not to clients)

      Cons

      Not a single raise for several years until they gave everyone a 3% raise finally. Health insurance was so expensive. Higher ups do not care and do not make contact with employees handling day to day duties with clients. No group material or assistance in finding any.

      Cons

      - The shelter advocate often works alone in the shelter and plays the following rolls: office admin, maid, data entry specialist, security guard, baby sitter, counselor, and 24-hour crisis hotline operator. All for $10 an hour.
