      Pros

      Awesome mission... helping foster youth who have aged out of the system.

      Cons

      They set the youth up for failure here. Management is out of touch with what these kids have dealt with in their pasts. The organization is way too numbers oriented and don't care about the kids at all when it comes down to it. All they care about is numbers. The staff's caseloads are too high and they are overworked and totally underpaid. Seemed like 24/7 crisis management. Turnover rate is very high here.

      Great people to work with - everyone is so friendly and kind Great mission - serving a population frequently overlooked Flexible schedule - hybrid work that only requires once a week in office Intentional Leadership - Execs really work to understand their staff & improve their workload Parenting-Friendly - Understanding managers who prioritize parenting and all the associated flexibility needs

      Workload - understaffed in some departments, but a lot of thought going into improving this con Pay - it is non-profit pay so none of us are here gettin' rich :) the work is very fulfilling regardless
