      Good stepping stone in career but not for long term

      Cons

      Branch managers and upper management in constant power trip belittling employees and running them off. Annual pay raise is just a few cents and does nothing in this economy

      An employer that looks out for its employees, They understand, respect and encourage a healthy work-life balance. Great co-workers, many that have been here for a long time and helpful in sharing their knowledge and experience when needed. Overall management is very good. I feel valued and enjoy working for this company.
