      You can work remotely but are required to show your face on camera in meetings.

      Cons

      Leadership has really declined. They have zero knowledge in the industry. Continuing to cut onshore employees and move them off-shore to increase EBITA. Justifying this by saying they are just “moving headcount” Cutting out benefits and resources for clients Employees are stressed out and have left without even having another job lined up Poor company culture

      Pros

      I enjoyed the people I worked with, it always felt like a sportive work environment. My position had many duties so I was always busy.

      Cons

      Benefits could have been better, and there were some changes in senior management that I did not agree with.
