People are great. Very relaxed environment. You get your work done on your time, obviously you must meet deadlines and cutoffs but you make your own routine essentially. Constant support from other co workers.

Managerial and executive staff don’t communicate with working staff very often

Smaller credit union; easy to get job done with no experience in banking.

MANAGEMENT is horrible. They have favorites and literally all clique up. They support supervisors using profanity on the lobby floor in front of members, supervisors will call you out of your name with zero consequences, and do NOT do your job better than managers bc they will find any reason to harass, undermine, bully & ultimately fire you. Save yourself the headache.
