Pros

Health insurance plans are good, facilities are nice.

Cons

So many inconsistencies that make you feel like you don’t know your job from one day to the next - it’s draining. Management will have tone with you that will make you not want to ask questions. Pay is terribly low for the amount of work expected and management will not fight for an increase for you. Your feedback will be encouraged but then pushed to the side, or better yet, you’re told why your feedback is wrong - I’m sure the response given to this review will prove this point. They don’t listen to or care about current employees, they’d just rather hire new ones. Some company policies are ridiculous, like having to give 3 days notice for an absence to be excused. How is someone supposed to know they’re going to be sick 3 days in advance? Many goals set are unattainable but even if you to meet or surpass them, you’re not recognized. You’ll leave here feeling undervalued, unappreciated, and wondering why you stayed as long as you did.
