      Pros

      The work life balance in 2014-15 was good. The salary and management was good. There was faster growth path too.

      Cons

      The company has a history of people at leadership level being involved in money siphoning and sexual harassment and many other things. Your employment is at the mercy of others.

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
