Pros
This is a great startup with a ton of potential. A very talented team with a lot of passion working on a great project. A welcoming environment to make you feel at home quickly. The studio is pretty laid back. Because it is a startup employees are expected to sometimes wear more than one hat, which I love because I like when I get to be involved in more of the process. The higher management truly cares about your well-being and foster the growth of employees. The pay is pretty good and the benefits are great! The owners try to make it fun with perks here and there. The business design is not the traditional Publisher/Developer relationship. So I don't have the fear of being laid off at the end of a project.
Cons
It is a startup and that means they are still learning. There have been some growing pains, but nothing unusual for a company to go through. Some of the staff is young and have never shipped a game. They sometimes worry and question things that are quite normal for the industry.
