Not really. As it is evolving and doing new things, it just happens that my particular project is not set up efficiently in my opinion, causing unnecessary issues. But as this is a new thing, I am confident this will improve.

- Relaxed, friendly environment - Freedom to work across multiple departments (or at least lend a thought!) - Semi-flexible work hours (also now WFH a possibility) - Annual company parties and get togethers - Occasional paid social nights - Open structure and management, confidence in speaking directly to anyone at the company

- Sometimes muddled/confusing communication - Lack of project variety for individual developers due to small studio size (lots of projects for the studio, but you'll only be working on one most likely)
