The values of the company shifted big time after they got bought out by Circle K what was once a place that gave off strong mom and pop vibes is now the Wal-Mart of cannabis. Big box nightmare that treats staff like they are disposable. High turn over and bare bones training. Pathetic staff discount with a cap on it. Staff are asked to leave fake Google and indeed reviews to boost scores. Expected to lie to customers to sell slow moving products. No proper breaks Teams are kept lean to save money soo no coverage on breaks or sick days.
