Pros
Cool product and very hard to get terminated working here. The H.R. dept. gives you a never ending amount of second chances. Entry level management. Pay for managers is decent for what you are responsible for.
Cons
The performance managing of store managers is comical. The company has trouble and lacks the process for replacing managers that shouldn't be in position. Senior management (Regionals) only put people in place that they "like" and the ones who are kiss ups with a "rah rah" cheerleading mentality, not the ones who have proven they can run a great operation and develop great people. Company has changed for the worst over the last 3 years with the changes/hiring at the senior management level. The company's culture has changed and the decision making has become disappointing.
