Pros
People are pretty nice and its a fun environment. Good discount and always know when the best deals are. Management is usually pretty relaxed, especially with time off. Will work with your schedule if you are in school.
Cons
Commission system is terrible, especially if you are a low selling store. Depends on store, but nobody really cares because they are unmotivated by wages. Hours aren't stable. Lots of sales goals that require you to pester customers.
