Pros

If you are just fresh out of school you stand to learn especially if you are in the research department But even those ones get burnt out in a year after being used and abused daily

Cons

The list Is veery long but I will state a few No clear JD work is assigned to you according to the whims of the CEO No chain of command in the real sense of it, the CEO micro manages everyone down to the guards outside Work is monotonous mostly and you won’t learn much in the long run Staff morale is low therefore attrition rate is very high Promotion is not on merit and does not follow any standard. This is also according to how the CEO feels about you The HR department does not exist as the CEO overrides all his heads of department and determines what happens to who, how and when. When anyone leaves the organization their chances of getting a referral is very low as the management uses it to punish or get back at staff that left Stunted career growth for people who are not in the “cabal”
