Good salary and nice boss

Awful hours and a really bad breakroom

Fieldcrest Estate is set on 50 acres of pure beauty. The buildings and the landscape are lovely and it's a pleasure to drive up and see the pristine setting.

The management is very unstable. A new manager has fired several employees (long term employees) in the last several months for unjustified reasons. Consequently, they are very short staffed with associates who have little knowledge of the property.
