Cons
Staff resignations and terminations are too high at all levels. I reported to 5 different managers in 1.5 years. All of them were fired or demoted. Mainly due to poor guidance and "insanity" from CEO. Bonuses are paid with 1 year delay, if paid. By the time it is your turn to be paid, you would have quit or got terminated already. Therefore, no payment. You will be asked to write positives reviews on social media about the company during your employment time... awkward. Get used to "hide the truth" to customers. Instructions come from Senior Leadership as they have no idea of what they are doing. Also, they do not know how to fix bugs or system crashes in timely manner. You need to praise the CEO in order to survive another Friday ( The day they fire people) Quick experiment: Reach out to any previous employee (LinkedIn) and ask his/her opinion about the company. Also, to any previous client ( In case you are planning to make business with this dishonest "organization") In conclusion, Do NOT adventure in Field Safe.
