      The people and the relationship that you build. Match 401K.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up in the company. Management doesn't take care of serious problems until it becomes worse. HUGE turnover. Values aren't in customer service anymore. Business accounts can do anything they want. ANYONE can get a business account.
