Pros
Good benefits, good starting salary, provided training in NYC, very flexible hours, and this is a job you don't have to bring home with you after 5 pm. The days go quickly since you are out and about so often. Very little amount of time in a cubicle. No quotas. Paid on salary.
Cons
Management has a negative attitude towards young and up-and-coming professionals. I am currently pursuing an MBA, (none of the managers in my department have more than a bachelors degree) so they all have a chip on their shoulder towards me. The company is quite religious (CEO is a Pastor). Technology is a major problem at this company. This company is very eager to promote people from backgrounds they perceive to have put people at a disadvantage (minorities, women...) so a traditional hard worker might not rise up as quickly as they deserve.
