Pros
Calum and his group really take time to show value and appreciation for the work you put in. They are not afraid to give out more responsibility or leadership roles if they feel that you are competent and have the capability to show up and do your best work. I have had only positive experiences working with Fervent Events, they provide clear and quick communication and do not hesitate to clarify any confusions or misunderstandings. All this makes each work activation very enjoyable, I am extremely happy to be a part of their team!
