Fellow still and will likely always operate like a start up. The team runs leans and the expectations to succeed are high but overall it is very rewarding to see when things are accomplished. Coworkers are some of the best you will ever have. The people is what keeps people at Fellow.

Work life balance can be really difficult at times and the executive team can lack acknowledgment to the team for their hard work.

So many good people, outside of the leadership team.

Leadership has ZERO leadership skills, so they overcompensate with micromanaging all of their good people. The hard workers feel completely disposable despite working their butts off. I would not invest in this company after working there. So many red flags. Hiring and career growth is based on nepotism and favoritism, and there are way too many men trying to peacock their less than average abilities. Egos much larger than brains in “leadership”….
