Great solution, amazing engineers and tech leaders, terrible sales culture - Anonymous employee Feedzai Employee Review

I have made great friends here I have had some great times, I have never written a bad review of a past employer but I struggle to find qualities on the sales organization and approach. Poor sales culture driven right from the top, I get the immense pressure for revenue for any startup but buckling under that pressure with the poor behavior listed here is not the path to success. Large sales failure rate, they lure in sales professionals with their exciting solution on territories that have 2-3 year new opportunity turnaround times where reps face starvation, no regard for the welfare of sales professionals and their families, they seem to view sales staff as trash to be disposed of once it suits their upward perceptions. Search Linkedin for past sales staff, double the number of the currently employed sales staff are past employees, most from the past 5 years, that is actually so high it is logistically hard to achieve, what a waste of money and resources that is? Inexperienced managers shift blame to their teams to self preserve, gaslighting, toxic behavior, as noted in many other reviews on here. I regularly saw sales professionals disposed of with blame that was not their responsibility. After my employment I met a senior sales director who's friend had been a senior manager here for just a few months before resigning, without prompt she simply said to me, there is clearly something very wrong at that company. The good news is a toxic sales culture can be fixed within a couple of years if the will to address it is really there, Many fintech organizations have gone through this transformation. The solution is not only leading but has real demand over time therefore I am confident that everything written here will be addressed once they continue to grow in the coming years.
