Pros
Plenty of OT and salary is higher than most plants in area.
Cons
Previous Managers did not care about employees. 7 days a week, with little care for employees personal lives, and they played favorites. However, recently new management has come in where OT was reduced to 6 days a week, looking to reduce it further. Also they make effort to care for the employees and be fair to everyone.
