Steady company. It will be here for a long time I guess regardless if how they treat their employees.
Cons
Horrible training. Put into the job without knowing how to do it then left alone in the center. ..then written up because you made a mistake. Terrible lack of professionalism from vp down to team members. Threatening and cursing when things don't get done fast enough but so many times there are too many tasks to accomplish in an 8 hr day no matter how hard you try. Constant schedule changes so that it's hard to plan for your personal life. Too many parts of the organization have full access to the centers piling initiative upon initiative and expecting $11 hr team members to learn it all and retain it because you never know when someone from corporate might come into your store and "test" you. If u r not perfect they will call everybody they know to tell on you and then everybody goes crazy pointing fingers blaming and punishing the team members who are doing the best they can .
