Pros
On my third day with this company I found myself holding a bow and arrow, a shotgun, learning to mix cocktails, and making dimsims, to say being a part of this company is an awesome experience would be an understatement! Not to mention a free all expenses paid trip to Mexico within the first 5 months of working here. But do not be fooled there are long hours and immense brain power involved, but trust me, its all worth it! If you are someone that enjoys learning new things daily, and meeting people from all walks of life then this company is perfect. The pay is good, and the opportunity to move within the company is common and likely; being a FASTie is envied upon because of how real and understanding our employer is. The partners and owner are down to earth, friendly, humble, and all round great human beings.. which is crazy! This is seriously the greatest company in the world and I love working here because of the culture, people, values, and benefits. Thanks FAST.
Cons
There is a lot of energy required for this role, and it is difficult to complete daily targets at times because the work load can be demanding. The pace of the roles are also rapid and the learning model is to discover rather than be told - which is a great way to retain information - and it's what some people thrive on, and some don't.
