      Pros

      Awesome work/life balance, great coworkers, nice campus, great area.

      Cons

      Abysmal pay, if you're not a programmer or artist don't count on staying more than a couple years, unless you're willing to work for around half of the industry average AT BEST, with no benefits. Overtime is only time, not time and a half, and you don't get sick days without being an artist or programmer either.

      Pros

      No micro managing, self-driven employees are the expectation. The employees are all great and easy to get along with. It is a small company that is more close-knit than most. The location is unique.

      Cons

      The base pay is quite low and there isn't a lot of opportunity to grow.
