Pros

Nothing is good about this company Fareladder is fraud company

Cons

I would like to share my experience during my time with Fareladder. Unfortunately, it was not as positive as I had hoped. There were several issues that I believe future employees should be aware of before considering joining the company. Firstly, I found the management to be quite unprofessional. The level of communication and support expected from management was often lacking, leading to a work environment that felt disorganized and unstable. Job security is also a significant concern. Despite being offered a salary hike upon joining, it became clear that the company's strategy involves hiring employees when needed and then replacing them with others at lower salaries once the immediate need is met. This approach not only undermines the trust of employees but also creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and insecurity. Based on my experience, I would caution others against joining Fareladder if they value stability and a supportive work environment. It's important for potential employees to be aware of these issues so they can make informed decisions about their careers.

Pros

The management team in Gurugram, and the HR department, is exceptional and serves as a great example for others to follow. In Pune, Mr. Abhay Shirke stands out as a sensible and capable management figure.

Cons

There are significant challenges in the Pune office that need urgent attention. The work environment has become toxic due to the behaviors of some managers. Unfortunately, the actions of individuals such as P.M. Kaju, Senuka Pillai, and Arskan Quereshi have had a detrimental effect on team morale and productivity. Issues such as ineffective communication and unprofessional conduct have created a difficult atmosphere for employees. P. M Kaju consumes Tabaco during office hours. He also tortures good employees. He is good in plotting and dirty politics; he has not even spared HR and Management persons in gurugram.
